When i go to that url, select location and provider (which are required fields) and click submit, the form saves and closes, returning to the patient list. I have moved your location and provider widgets a bit to the left such that you can clearly see the red required validation error icons. So when you do not fill them, the form will not submit.
OK, got it I now understand.
So moving on, the reason for the form as you will remember was to do patient registration with some specific demographic info, but as you see I can’t even enter name, DoB etc. as the xform entry process forces me to choose an existing patient.
