@ibatista, Please follow these steps : Administration->Manage Patients->Search test Patient->Delete Patient to delete a patient which can be restored back. Or you can use Delete Patient Forever. Incase if you want to delete only the Encounters/Obs/Visits but not the patient then follow these steps :
- Delete Obs Find/Create Patient->Search test patient->Goto Visits tab->View Specific Encounter->In Observations Section select the Obs to delete-> Obs Manage page gets open, use Delete this Observation section. Note : Obs can’t be permanently deleted. When we delete from UI obs will get voided only.
- Delete Encounter Find/Create Patient->Search test patient->Goto Visits tab->View Specific Encounter->Encounter Manage page gets open, check Deleted checkbox and save. Note : Encounter can’t be permanently deleted. When we delete from UI Encounter will get voided only.
- Delete Visit Find/Create Patient->Search test patient->Goto Visits tab->View Specific Visit->On Visit Details, Delete/ Delete Forever options are present. You can delete (i.e void) a visit but to delete Visit for ever you need to unlink i.e Remove Encounters from Visit . Note : Visit can be permanently deleted using Delete Forever. When we delete Encounter will get voided only.
