I do not understand when you say individual table, because if you add a field in obs then data will be stored in the observation table, otherwise you need to know openmrs data model.
hi, when i fill form that data where is store ,in my form Marital stauts choose and save that data where is store, I want to know table name there is data stored.
all fields added in person hierarchy, data will be stored in person table, all fields added in encounter hierarchy, data will be stored in encounter table, all fields added in obs hierarchy, data will be stored in obs table,
Therefore if marital status were added in obs then data will be stored in the obs table.

i understood this flow , i am getting Here only concept id in valuecoded column but but i am unable to get in table record.
example:
in Marital Status dropdown ,i choose Married then after its store Any table .
but i am getting in any table stored Married Records .
in Field data value where is store if obs add field .
how to show in table record with data of Married .
please explain me where is store form filed value .
