I read this too quickly â I thought you were @dkayiwa - somehowâŠbut yeh â in order to do this you need admin access to ID Dashboard/Atlassian CrowdâŠhave they granted you this access yet?
Iam just an agent not an Admin
@ddmaker â the admin access is so you can manage the ID dashboard accounts. On Desk â you need to be adding to the ITSM team(whatever itâs called â I forgot)âŠbut without access to Formage(the bad data management tool we use) â you canât do much.
Donât know what happened but my email was spammed with help desk messages early this morning. I deleted over 500 messages. Some were old tickets with no recent activity.
Blame Desk.com. Iâd recommend setting up proper filters.
