E2E Tests for RefApp 3.x: Sprint 1

Fixed the failing test of RefApp 3.X clinical visit workflow.

Failing reason - There are some changes in the current user interface in the allergy section and it’s not fit with the test scenario.

Approach - Renamed the id selectors to fit with the current user interface.

## Purpose The purpose of this PR is to fix [RATEST-245](https://issues.openmrs….org/browse/RATEST-245). ## Approach Update the 3.x clinical visit workflow to fix with the new user interface. (There were some text changes with the new UI. By this pull request the 3.x clinical visit workflow has been updated to fit with the new user interface.)
