Does OpenMRS meet Stage 2 Meaningful Use criteria? Interested in using OpenMRS for an ambulatory community based Chronic Care Management program in the US.

I think I might clarify somewhat the linked thread. OpenMRS is mostly a platform, not a specific application. Platforms are not certified under HITECH act, but I do know that there are OpenMRS applications that have been built and run in the US. They would need to respond regarding the certification…
