HFE (HTML Form Entry) is the forms framework of OpenMRS 2.0 (aka “OpenMRS Ref App”.) The upcoming OpenMRS 3.0 must provide pathways for upgrading existing deployments so that they can move on to OpenMRS 3.0 as soon as possible while still using their HFE forms and in waiting of the final forms framework of choice (see also this topic from @bistenes ).
Let us discuss avenues to achieve this in a reasonable time.
