Ooops thanks for this reminder had completely forgotten about this.
Also, depends on what you expect for attributes… if it is intended convey a semantic meaning, then we traditionally have used the reference mappings to carry that additional definitional meaning. The maps to SNOMED or LOINC would provide complex attributes which can be used for reporting, analytics or other queries.
Ideally just needed to add a generic field to hold currencies for Orders(For starters Drug & Test Orders), though it should normally work for any other orders done by the providers.
Just out of curiosity, I understand that there is no support to have attribute for drug, any specific reason or there never came any such request or need? If there is need for additional information linking with drug, how it is done? any plan we have to add attributes for Drug or any suggestions how to link additional data with drug.?
@horaira do you mind giving examples of the additional information that you want to add to a drug?
