The UIs that we use are:
- Manage Service Types - create, manage service types
- Manage Provider Schedules - create, manage provider schedules (calendar view)
- Manage Appointments - search for patient, view and book appointments
- Appointment Requests - search for patient, view outstanding requests and book appointments
- Request Patient Appointment - request appointment for a single patient
- Schedule Patient Appointment - book appointment for a single patient
- Daily Appointments - view appointments book for a single day (by service, location or whatever)
I can also try to dig up documentation with screen shots if it would help.
