XForm: Doesn't refresh provider list

Hi everyone.

Please, we need some help with XForm 4.3.2.

The problem is each time that we create a new user in openmrs and it’s added to providers list, XForms doesn’t refresh that list and the users cannot save any forms.

We’ve tried to:

  • delete Provider_ID item inside any xform designer, save, exit, enter and refresh again, but it didn’t work.
  • delete Encounter.Provide_ID from schema, add to schema again and repeat step before and it didn’t work.

Any suggestion?

I can’t see schema desing’s items, maybe I don’t have permissions.

What is the formId? (The rest of these characters are just to make talk happy with a minimum of 20 characters. It rejected my earlier response claiming it was too short.)

I don’t see anything item below Scehma Desing title in any form. Also, my form was deleted.

I’ve created a form named Sample of Providers problem (formId 13). Basically, I duplicated the form Admission (formId 3) and added other concepts to Obs item in schema design.

On the other hand, i don’t have permissions to enter to xForm Design.

What is the name of the form? What do you mean by not having permissions to enter xform design


In our servers the problem occurs in all forms. For example, you can take a look to “No tiene receta”.

Unfortunately, the problem doesn’t show an error message.

Please, review the screenshot below. Notice that the user session is “Pamela Castillo” and she is a provider too, but in the Provider_ID field (on any form) she doesn’t appear in the list.

That’s happening with any new user.
