Why do I get a Null Pointer Exception when viewing tabs?

My openmrs instance no longer displays data on the various tabs like encounter etc … and has this error

Restarted tomcat without success

Any suggestions for dealing with this ?

What version of OpenMRS are you running? That regimens tab was removed in 1.10.

This is 1.10

What’s your suggested approach … Upgrade To 1.11?

Sorry for the delay, What version of 1.10 exactly, can you try the latest version in the 1.10.x line? There should be nothing to do with regimens in 1.10
