Where should I report a bug and request permission to solve it

Hello everyone, I tried the OpenMRS android client and I found a small bug. I was able to resolve that bug as well. Since I am new here, I don’t have idea about where to report this bug. Please help me to find a place to report this bug. Thanks in advance

I think here https://issues.openmrs.org/browse/AC you need to get jira access from https://help.openmrs.org/ (if you dont have that yet)
