Where can I find the openmrs code structure if I have to add new API endpoints?

If you’re referring to the “Module File Structure” section, I believe cloning https://github.com/OpenMRS/openmrs-module-basicmodule would be a good start. That’s the template for OpenMRS modules.

My concern is:

  • I installed Bahmni in CentOS using bahmni-installer.
  • Now I want to know the directory where the openmrs core files are stored.

Ah. I don’t know much about Bahmni, but according to https://bahmni.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/BAH/pages/33128505/Install+Bahmni+on+CentOS the OpenMRS backend should be located in /opt/openmrs.
