What's the simplest way to delete an Encounter or Form

Hello Everyone. On the Patient Dashboard under forms there is a pencil logo for editing and an eye to view a filled form as seen below, is there an icon to delete an entire form or encounter? The only option for me now is to edit and deselect or clear and save which gets tedious with large form.

Openmrs HTML form module has this option

We don’t have a delete/clear feature. You may suggest for a feature and also bring it up on the weekly Product Architecture Team (PAT) call.
