What should the "Platform is Running" page look like?

Continuing the discussion from Error when I try to run openmrs:

We’ve now seen multiple people be confused by the fact that they install a build of openmrs-master, and can’t figure out why there is nothing there.

I think we need to have our one static page state more clearly what is going on, like the Apache “It Works!” page does.

How about:

200 OK
<h1>OpenMRS Platform ${version} is running.</h1>
<p>If you seeing this page, it means that the OpenMRS Platform is running successfully, but no user interface module is installed. To learn about the available user interfaces, see [an OpenMRS wiki page we need to create about this]</p>

@maany we should ticket this, based on any feedback people give on this thread.
