I downloaded JDK 14 prior to launching the installation of OpenMRS.
How can I resolve the error? Thanks for any help you can provide, dear Community!
My name is Grace Potma, and I’m thrilled to be joining the OpenMRS community as the Director of Product. I’m very keen to listen and to learn, so I really hope to hear from anyone who’d like to talk! I love hearing peoples’ stories and pain points.
I am a Product Manager, Registered Nurse, and MBA grad. I became a nurse with the simple goal of helping people, and over time I’ve learned I really enjoy solving problems collaboratively. I love the partnership and creativity that comes from working closely with technical and design teams to build great products together. Most recently I was the Director of Product Management and Clinical Informatics at a healthcare software startup in Canada that heavily used HL7 FHIR and clinical terminologies, and built our own Decision Support and product configuration UIs for rapid site-by-site customization by non-technical users. My favorite part was seeing the impact our work had for our users - and the moments where you realize a big pain-point for a customer and think Eureka, we can help with that!
When I have time, I love hiking and exploring nature, and I volunteer for a refugee community health centre near my neighbourhood.
My focus as I join the OpenMRS community is to listen and to learn from all of you - I’m sure I’ll be asking lots of questions. Please reach out any time as I’d love to get to know you and to hear about the interesting problems you are thinking about right now.
Hello @grace , we are extremely excited to have you and have been eagerly waiting for the Director of Product.
I think it would be better if you just made a whole new introduction talk post for your self ,as many Community members may miss out seeing this thread .
