Waiting for access to wiki and issue tracker

Good Morning,

I am having issue with login in Jira. I have submitted a form for help desk the status is still Waiting for Triage. While waiting can you please suggest me what to do. I cannot look at the issues to resolve.

Thanks for your patience. Kindly to keep usernames consistent across OpenMRS services like Jira, Talk, dev1 quiz, e.t.c. a valid OpenMRS ID usernames should:

  • Use letters only (recommended)

  • Be lowercase

  • Not be an email address

  • Not start with a number or symbol

  • Avoid special characters (symbols)

We need to pick one username to grant access, but both of the accounts you have listed don’t meet the OpenMRS username rules. Do you mind creating a new account with the correct format then direct the request to help desk please?

  Thank you for update. I have changed my username and sent another request now. Please look at it and let me know the update.
