[Here is a Vue OWA boilerplate if anybody needs it!](https://github.com/dermatologist/openmrs-owa-vue-boilerplate)

Anyone using Vue for modules? IMHO Vue may be ideal for modules as the framework and component can be separately added via `<script>` tag.
