Current system wrap the word if spaces are there in text(Patient Name) but if spaces are not there system is not displaying the word completely(Patient Id)

if you are simplifying the patient name then i would suggest that complete patient name should show on mouseover event.
Mouse over event may be good in laptop/desktop but in IPADs the behaviour may not be very user friendly.
