Updates to Refapp Distro pom.xml cannot build

I recently updated The Distro pom.xml and added as at pom after running " mvn clean install " there are build failure as at failed build

mavenbuild
mavenbuild1366Ă—768 250 KB

FYI @raff ,@dkayiwa @ssmusoke any work around ?

Looks like the version of uiframework 2.2.0 you specified does not exist - I see the current version is 3.13.0
