**Application Name:** Bahmni with OpenMRS

**Version Number:** Bahmni version 0.90 and OpenMRS version 2.1.1

**Question:** I have a concept name **Disposition** with the **Admit Patient** , **Discharge Patient** concept names as answers. But I am able to search these by concept id, not by the fully specified names. But it is working for some of the concept names. And it might be the reason that I am getting **[The concept name should be either a fully specified or locale preferred name** message in the ADT page and the Disposition page.

Please help me with it.

Nope. How is it done? And does rebuilding solve the problem?

`Administration > Maintenance > Search Index > Rebuild search Index`
