Unable to download Bahmni Vagrant Box?

Hi All, I want to run Bahmni on window 10 and I’m following this link [https://bahmni.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/BAH/pages/14712841/Bahmni+Virtual+Box] When I download the vagrant box using command >vagrant up, it displays an error message. It can’t download more than 28%. Is there any other way to download the box? Any help is appreciated.
