I unable to access my dashboard in order to claim new issues. I tried recovering my password by email but the mail that was sent from jira-noreply stated that, “This user account is managed in an external User Directory and JIRA is not able to update your password. Please contact your System Administrator if you have any further queries.”
@lehone sorry conform if your ID and password are correct and try again login
I would also try opening a help desk ticket.
I retried again and was able to get access
@have you tried the help desk? some visited the url of a ticket they are working on and logged in from there.
