UiFrameworkException after submitting visit note?

I’ve the following OpenMRS environment setup on my machine: Platform : 1.11.5 Reference Application : 2.3.1 and bundled modules

I receive the following exception on OpenMRS error page after submitting visit note for a certain patient.

Note: The issue is less frequent. For me the issue floated to surface while I was performing a performance test of application with 4 parallel users.

Does the error disappear when you use a different patient?

@dkayiwa like I said the exception occurs once when tried many times. Let me check if I’m able to create a visit note for the patient the error was generated.

The error is found to be generated only sometimes even for the same patient.
