UI framework root error

Hi i have installed all the modules and they are running properly so how to resolve this root error.

@ng123 Which action do you perform for the system to bring the error shown?

I click on the register patient button and then the root error appears.

Try updating to the latest version of the UI framework OpenMRS Add Ons version: 3.25.0 or 4.0.0 if i may ask which version of Openmrs are you running?

There are certain actions that to be able to perform, the user you are logged in as needs to have a provider account. You can create a provider account for a user by following the instructions here. You’ll need to go to the legacy UI to do so.

I am using 4.0.0 and trying to run RefApp 2.11 as given in this link OpenMRS Add Ons

now when i uninstalled and re-installed the ui framework module this error is being shown. I uninstalled all the modules then started installing one-by-one and again with any version of ui framework this error is coming.

The provider was there as unknown UNKOWN and it was created by super user. Yet the same error is appearing
