UI Framework Error in ViewException: patientHeader

Hello All,

Please anyone can help me figure out why I am getting this error: Caused by: org.openmrs.ui.framework.ViewException: *** In view ‘patientHeader’, NullPointerException: null.

I got this error after updating a dead patient.
