Sourceforge README for releases

This is not really a bug, so I thought I’d write it down here.

When releasing a Platform or OpenMRS 2 release, please take extra care to review the readme.txt file that is also present in each release folder on Sourceforge.

We currently have incorrect license information and invalid URL’s, so we should try to fix those, and review each time for accuracy.

Thanks!

@michael, can you provide a better copy of the reame.txt with an updated license so that i can update those i personally uploaded!

Paging @burke to see how he’d like the MPL referenced in the readme for consistency.

For simplicity & consistency, I’d suggest using license-header.txt with s/^This Source Code Form/Use of this software/:

Use of this software is subject to the terms of the Mozilla Public License,
v. 2.0. If a copy of the MPL was not distributed with this file, You can
obtain one at http://mozilla.org/MPL/2.0/. OpenMRS is also distributed under
the terms of the Healthcare Disclaimer located at http://openmrs.org/license.

I have updated the readme.txt file at: https://sourceforge.net/projects/openmrs/files/releases/OpenMRS_Platform_1.11.0/ and https://sourceforge.net/projects/openmrs/files/releases/OpenMRS_Platform_1.11.1/

Just in addition, i have added a year something like: Copyright © 2015 OpenMRS Inc…
