Hi, I’m facing some issue on adding surgeons. Some users name is not showing in the surgeons list. But some of them are there. Why it is happening so ? Is there any criteria for adding a provider as a surgeon ?

Those last two users ( They have the same privileges and roles as the others ) in the app.json are not showing in the list of surgeons.

We are experiencing the same issue, we configured users as providers in openmrs providers management module and in primarySurgeonsForOT in app.json file under ot config files, but some of them showing and others not.
@rajeebrasak Did you manage to include all configure providers? if yes, how did you do that?

I have configured users as providers in openmrs and in primarySurgeonsForOT in app.json file under OT config files, all of them are showing properly in the Surgeons list in OT module.
I have followed the below mentioned steps to configure OT Surgeons List:
In OpenMRS Administration:
Goto Users, create users in Manage Users with required information also assign Roles to them and click on “Create a Provider account for this user” then Save the users.
Goto config folder-> apps → ot → app.json
Enter the name of users correctly in “primarySurgeonsForOT” then save the file.
