Context: Currently we do not show the provider name who filled the obs values on the patient dashboard printout. Now the user wants to see the name of the provider who filled those values.
Approach: For this we are planning to introduce a new config variable for each obs form display controls to give a boolean value whether to display the provider name along with the obs values on the dashboard printout. We already have a configuration “showDetails” for each form in the dashboard which would display provider’s name. But we do not have any such configuration for the printout page.
