Hello,
I have created a new “allergy” concept under the History and Examination tab. I would like to add the symptoms to take it one step further. Where:
If the physician clicks “yes,” this patients does have an allergy, a list of allergy symptoms appear where they can choose multiple symptoms that patient may have. If the physician chooses “no”, this patient doesn’t have allergies, then nothing appears.
Any insight on how to do this would be great! Thanks!
