I did some work on a ticket and i managed to send a PR https://github.com/openmrs/openmrs-core/pull/3182
The continuous-integration/travis-ci/pr was sucessfull but the security check Failed
What are the causes of Security failures in codes and how can we correct such errors when we come across them.
