Search duplicate patient records during registration

Hello all,

A client wants to add Duplicate Patient search feature to the patient registration page.

I found a story card “BAH-460” that fits our requirement. The card mentions that it is in development and we see that pull requests have already been raised but not merged yet.

We want to take it up. Please suggest how we can move forward.
