I am working on TRUNK-5341 and I am refactoring emrapi module’s DiagnosisService to use the new functionality in openmrs-core. I have moved diagnoses from saving in the obs table to the encounter diagnosis table. So my question is should the Clinical notes be saved in the obs table or should I move them to the encounter diagnosis table. cc: @dkayiwa @darius @wyclif
@ceciliacaroline the “clinical note” does not to need to be migrated, it should be continued to be saved as an obs.
