In one of our Bahmni implementations, we have come across the need to introduce some capabilities in Bahmni regarding role based Access control. By which we mean:
- Role based access to Reports : Show only those reports to user to which they have access
- Role based to Dashboards & Display controls : Show/Hide Dashboards & display controls based on who is logged in
- Role based Access to Forms : Any logged in provider sees only those forms that they are authorised/need to see
These requirements are aimed at ensuring patient data confidentiality & security.
Has any of the other implementations come across similar requirements? Looking forward to hearing people’s thoughts on this
