Are there procedures in place to report errors in documentations

In Mock Doc: https://wiki.openmrs.org/display/docs/Mock+Doc

The code snippets contains an incorrect method call, encounter.setProvider(person) should be encounter.setProvider (unknown role, provider)

I see that I can just edit the page myself, however I also would like to know if there is a review process.

You are more than welcome to edit the page yourself if you feel confident in doing so. There is not a review process, but previous authors and other interested parties may be notified of your changes. Thanks for helping us improve our documentation!
