Hi @vivektarun1234 i am able to login in jira with my OpenMRS credentials but i don’t have access to edit/comment in jira tickets
I just raised a request for that waiting for response

hey @saimouli. if you fully got approval from HelpDesk to have access to edit JIRA and Wiki, then you are good to go as @jwnasambu said. there is just a small extra step that JIRA requires. Though it looks like you are logged-in but cant still comment or assign yourself a ticket, kindly click on the profile area in JIRA (the circle in the top right corner) and click log in. that is the extra step needed. but it will work for you iff HelpDesk has set the ball rolling for you. thank you

ohh i now get it. you have no access yet. Kindly wait for the approval from HelpDesk
