Remove paper record CI plan from OpenMRS space

Hi,

The CI plan for paper records module has been broken since 2014, this is not actually a reference application module and we don’t really maintain it, shouldn’t this plan be removed from the OpenMRS bamboo space and moved to that of PIH?

The code is owned by PIH: https://github.com/PIH/openmrs-module-paperrecord It’s monitored and green in PIH’s CI: http://bamboo.pih-emr.org:8085/browse/MIREBALAIS-PPR It’s not part of any OpenMRS community distro.

So yes, remove the OpenMRS CI plan.

+1. I’m fine with that… it has been disabled for months, not sure why it was there in the first place.
