Remove extra column right to the status column.

I got some html code of that table header in orderEnrty module, path as openmrs-owa-orderentrymaster ==> app ==> js ==> components ==> orderEntry ==> AllOrder.jsx file.

I have deleted a table

header value and I wanted to delete entire column.
