RefApp 2.x tests fail after switching qa-server to run on platform 2.6.0-SNAPSHOT

RefApp 2.x automated tests are failing ci after switching the qa-server from platform v2.4.3 to v2.6.0-SNAPSHOT. After locally reproducing the issue, I notice that all the tests can not login into the server and the logs are similar across all the tests however, the client side on the browser throws a msg

Invalid or Missing CSRF Token. Try Going Back and Refresh the page after clearing the browser cache

The CSRF token is enabled within csrfguard.properties file so as to have a unique, secret, unpredictable value generated by the server-side application and transmitted to the client in such a way that it is included in a subsequent HTTP request made by the client. When the later request is made, the server-side application has to validate that the request includes the expected token and rejects the request if the token is missing or invalid.

On the other hand, tests are passing when run on the demo server but fails on qa server and I think the issue may be raising from the platform version the server is spinning-on.

How can we have these tests pass without disabling the CSRF functionality within platform?
