Ram_Openmrs standalone version installation problem

I have downloaded the openmrs 2.8.0 stand-alone version from sourceforge and tried to run jar file. But I am constantly getting “OpenMRS is not able to start” error. Can anyone help me to sort out this issue ?

You will need to have Java JDK package installed if not already, the environment path set and then making us of this guide here .
