Sorry I may have not got you well! Do you mean the drug allergy are few and we need to add more?

I mean, If I want to add more drug allergy in radio button like the photo above , what can I do… Is allergy UI module support it ?
Yes its supported. Select others, type the drug and select the severity make a comment then save. You will be able to see the changes on your screen.

On the page https://demo.openmrs.org/openmrs/admin/maintenance/globalProps.form , you can get the concept UUID for drugs, food and environment respectively like this.
now you can see concept dictionary and look for these concepts there Login
There you can add more concepts as required by you here
