Publishing a Module OMOD to OpenMRS Addons/Maven Repo

I want to publish the OpenMRS Module SPA to be available for download from an online registry. I’m interested to know:

1. Which registry is the registry that is used for OpenMRS modules?
2. Is there any documentation on how to publish the OMOD to that registry?

If this is not mentioned on that wiki page, then we need to edit it or make it clearer.

The community infrastructure (like jira/wiki/CI) should only be used by modules accepted by the community.
