Patient Ribbon cuts information on print when the name of the patient is long

Patient Ribbon cuts patient information if the name of the patient is long. This is an issue in our implementation, how can we fix this?

Hi @psaxena, Can you try changing either print Layout or Paper size options on print page. I think that wouldn’t cut the patient ribbon. Please check the below screenshot for reference. 44 PM

Hi @binduak,

Printing in landscape mode prints a lot of papers, and changing the paper size isn’t an option because the printer only prints A4 size.

is there an easier way to deal with this issue in portrait mode?
