Patient Identifiers with REST API

Application Name: OpenMRS **Version Number: 2.0.5 Build 9f9213

We’re trying to create a patient through the REST API but we don’t know the identifiers, we don’t know where to get them and how to include them in our request. Could you help us? Could you provide us with a JSON example that includes necessary identifiers to create a patient?
