Override the login.htm page to redirect

Issue: How can I override the login.htm page of the module to redirect it to a different url. Is there any example module I can use as reference?

No, I dont want to use the username and passowrd field to login, rather redirect user to face auth register page and from there, the user will authenticate and login into the OpenMRS.
