OpenMRS Upgrade Questions

Hi all,

I want to upgrade OpenMRS from 2.0.6 to 2.3.x so I have a few questions.

  1. Which 2.3.x OpenMRS version is stable?

  2. Can I skip some of the version while upgrading or I have to go through all versions in between from the download page?
