OpenMRS Table/Field Names Documenation

Hello,

I am trying to create a new report on OpenMRS.

Is there any documenation that contains the field/table names of all data on the platform, so I can easily reference them in my sql query.

For example, adding Facility name from the settings page to my export, what table is this data stored and what field is it called.
