Last week, our Thursday discussion focused on our strategic goal for partnerships. This week, our call will focus on operations.
We’ll start off by looking at how we can use Trello to communicate our community’s mission and strategic goals - and follow what we’re working on each week, each month, each quarter to get us there. Then we’ll look at how we can plan and schedule some of those important strategy discussions (i.e.: OpenMRS 3.0, engaging ministries of health, etc) for the coming weeks.
