OpenMRS Standalone: How is this application maintained?

Hey Everyone

I am trying to understand how the OMRS Standalone is Maintained? Does it have its own roadmap and release process like platform and ref app?

What has been the process in the past?

It is just a shell that delivers the standalone version of the platform and refapp. The real work happens in the platform and refapp modules. Then this serves as a tool for bundling mysql and tomcat for a standalone version of each. We improve it, as resources become available, using the tickets in this JIRA project https://issues.openmrs.org/projects/STAND
