Hello. I had a successful restoration of an OpenMRS database shipped from a Windows 7 station to a Windows 10 station and manually copied modules from the prior installation and pasted into the new station’s modules folder. Thus far, I have the enterprise implementation ready and I am able to search patients then select a patient of interest then navigate to the form entry tab. A problem sets in when I click any of the forms (checkin, admission simple etc). The page goes blank without any error message. What could this be pointing to. My earlier station had a MySQL 5.5 backend and the new has MySQL 5.6.
Could be running out of memory. Any way, sharing the server side logs via pastebin.com would help us not to guess.
